Youth S&C 

11 - 17 age group – Male and Female

The ITC Youth S&C program focuses on establishing and providing a solid foundation for junior athletes aged between 12 to 17 years of age. This program is delivered through a long-term athletic approach involving physiological education and precise execution. 

Our program accepts juniors from a wide range of diverse athletic and sporting backgrounds, no matter how big or small their involvement. 

Youth S&C is designed to teach and coach young athletes on the workings of their physiology (from development to athletic growth) as well as establishing solid athletic foundations, through positive approaches that aim to build a 'can do' attitude.

The Youth S&C program specifically targets, educates and improves in the following areas, and more:

- Strength and Stability

- Mobility and Flexibility

- Balance and Control

- Speed and Agility

- Aerobic Power

- Explosive Endurance

Our program has been developed (and continues to be) by experienced ITC Exercise Physiologists and ASCA (Australian Strength & Conditioning Association) accredited strength and conditioning coaches. Our program is fun, physical and informative to provide a healthy environment for all growing athletes.
